Execution of annual (follow-up) inspections according to the inspection schedules of the Center for Crime Prevention and Safety (CCV) for certification of the Fire Alarm Systems (BMI), Evacuation Alarm System (OAI), Sprinkler System (VBB) and Smoke Control System (RBI) in the metro stations of Amsterdam, including one control building. Services are also requested for deliveries and changes in the metro stations and tunnel sections.
The scope of the assignment consists of:
Performing (follow-up) inspections based on building-specific test scripts for the statutory certification of Fire Alarm Systems (BMI), Evacuation Alarm Systems (OAI), Smoke Control Systems (RBI) and a Sprinkler System (VBB) and the installations connected there in a number of named buildings/stations.
Additional services (on request) that relate to the fire safety systems that must be certified in the buildings of the metro and the certification of the VBB- BMI/OAI, Sprinkler and RBI.
It concerns the certification of the fire safety installations in 10 underground metro stations, 1 above-ground station and 1 control building, with the connected tunnel sections and tunnel emergency exits, whereby optionally 1 underground station can be added. These buildings/stations are part of the Amsterdam metro system.
The annual inspections of the 5 underground metro stations and the above-ground station (the North/South line) are in scope of the assignment immediately at the start of the agreement and the 5 underground stations (the East line) will fall into the scope of the assignment from 2024. The next inspection of the SET building/control building (1x per 3 years) is in 2025.
