Following the 2023_012bis consultation, lots 05 "Facade cladding", 06 "Exterior joinery", 08 "Interior joinery" and 09 "Locksmithing - metalwork" were declared unacceptable under Article L.2152-3 of the French Public Procurement Code. These lots are concerned by this consultation. The work is described in the Cctps. Lots 05, 06 and 08 have mandatory PES
