The purpose of the contract is to provide a service for the recording of paper reporting obligations (OD) relating to the monitoring of catches of species subject to Community or national sea fishing regulations

the contract consists of 1 firm tranche (Tf) and 3 tranches

optional (To1, To2 and To3) subject to consolidation by the contracting authority. Each tranche of the contract is combined with a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders which does not include a minimum but a maximum fixed in quantities. The TF has a duration ranging from the date of notification to the holder and ends on April 1, 2025, and has a maximum weekly order quantity of 3,000 slips.

Expected services:

- Day-to-day handling of the ODs (Reporting Obligations) made available in the application by the contracting authority

- Entry of the data contained in the "paper" reporting obligations on the "Visiocapture" software tool made available to the service provider.

• Validation of data entered for compliant DOs

-reporting of one (or more) anomaly for non-compliant ODs or with a technical problem

- Recording of OD entry with anomaly

- implementation of a quality control of the seizure carried out with a report to be returned to the contracting authority at the end of each week
