The hire of a consultant. The consultant shall be engaged in the Project Øyfast which is a separate section in the Project Department. The Project Øyfast is responsible for large projects in the Tromsø area and region to the Finnish border.

The consultant shall contribute with project management, construction management and advisory service in connection with the Project Øyfast, with focus on submarine tunnels.

Tenders are wanted for a 1 year period, with an option for 2 x 6 months extension.
