This is a framework agreement concluded with a minimum and maximum amount and one economic operator per lot. In accordance with the public procurement code (in particular in its articles L2111-1, L2112-2, R2152-7), the city of Cournon-D'Auvergne wishes to implement an eco-responsible purchasing policy. Thus, candidates will have to propose the certified eco-labelled products required as part of the unit price schedule of the corresponding lot.
