The object of the contract to be awarded is the purchase (permanently) and delivery of Microsoft SQL application server licenses. The conclusion of an EVB-IT leasing contract (type A) without maintenance is planned.

Microsoft SQL application server licenses are required for the equipment. New or used software licenses may be offered. When submitting an offer for used software licenses, proof of exhaustion of the distribution right or a secure license transfer must also be provided by a corresponding TÜV certification or comparable proof. Delivery must take place within 2 months of the award of the contract.
