The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH (SWS) and Energiedienste der Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart GmbH (EDS) on maintenance & services for the construction and operation of charging infrastructure in an open procedure.

The maintenance & services to be provided during the term of the framework agreement relate to services with a total volume of around EUR 800,000.00 net. Of this, EUR 660,000.00 net is attributable to SWS and EUR 140,000.00 net to EDS.

The award of the framework agreement on maintenance & services for construction

and the operation of charging infrastructure is carried out by SWS, but is carried out

also in the name and on behalf of EDS. The SWS and EDS will be

individual contracts to be concluded. In each case, a framework agreement with SWS

and EDS.

SWS and EDS are leading the expansion and operation of charging infrastructure for electromobility in the Stuttgart economic region.

The following installation numbers (total charging equipment (LE)) are currently planned:

- Year 2023: 1250 charging devices;

- Year 2024: 1380 charging devices.

The installation of loading facilities is not the subject of this procurement procedure. The subject of this award procedure is maintenance and services for charging facilities that have already been installed.
