The procedure is conducted in an open tender. The subject of construction works are all activities enabling performance and acceptance of construction works related to the investment entitled "Construction of the sanitary sewage system with sewage pumping stations in the town of Psary, commune of Wisznia Mała - Stage IA East Psary - sub-stage 2". The anticipated scope of works includes the construction of approximately 6.8 km of gravity sanitary sewer network (collective channels with branches to the property borders) in the town of Psary in ul. Główna, Długa, Willowa, Polna, Parkowa (from ul. Główna to ul. Wolności ), Malinowa, Rakowska (including about 2.2 km by trenchless method) and reconstruction of all surfaces after construction works related to the implementation of the investment under the conditions specified by the site managers.
The material scope of the contract describes the design documentation for the task: "Construction of the sanitary sewage system with sewage pumping stations in the town of Psary, commune Wisznia Mała - Stage IA Eastern Psary" - only in the scope of canals with branches to the borders of the property located at ul. Główna, Długa, Willowa, Polna, and Parkowa St. (from Główna St. to Wolności St.), Malinowa, Rakowska St.

Under this contract, the Contractor will also perform all temporary and accompanying works necessary to perform the subject of the contract, as well as reconstruction works, final tests, all other activities and documents (including as-built documentation) necessary to commission the works and, as the case may be, obtain for and on behalf of the Employer on behalf of the permit to use the works or parts thereof from the competent public administration bodies or a certificate of no objection of the competent public administration bodies to use the works in accordance with the law,
In particular;
1) organization, development and liquidation of the construction site and its proper marking;
2) marking out construction works in the field covered by the subject of the contract, in accordance with the terms of the project documentation;
3) all accompanying works and temporary works necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract, including all works related to the removal of collisions of newly constructed networks with the existing non-inventoried or incorrectly invented utilities;
4) preparation of a safety and health protection plan, if separate provisions require such a plan;
5) cleaning as well as securing and marking the work area in accordance with applicable regulations;
6) electricity and technological utilities supply necessary for carrying out works and development of the construction site;
7) obtaining permits to occupy the road lane:
a) obtaining a permit to occupy the road lane for the purpose of carrying out works together with the costs charged in this permit,
b) obtaining on behalf of the Employer (Investor) permission to occupy the road lane for placing devices;
8) restoration of the area after completion of the works to their original condition;
9) tests and acceptance of works with the participation of the required institutions and the Ordering Party, including inspection of the scope of the sewage network carried out by means of a television camera enabling identification of the materials used and quality of execution - in the form of a written report with a recording on a digital medium;
10) comprehensive geodetic service with as-built graphic and descriptive documentation as well as changes in records in 3 copies, including 1 on an electronic medium;
11) making and obtaining relevant notifications, permits and permits enabling the facility to be used in accordance with applicable law (including construction law, environmental law, labor law, energy law, fire protection law);
12) conducting archaeological supervision;
13) preparation of as-built documentation;
