For part 1 entitled Purchase and delivery of spare parts (in emergency mode) for Star vehicles, in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use – Description of the subject of the contract, in Appendix No. 1A – Price Form and in the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

For 2 parts entitled Purchase and delivery of spare parts (in emergency mode) for Honker vehicles, in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use – Description of the subject of the contract, in Appendix No. 1B – Price Form and in the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

For 3 parts entitled Purchase and delivery of spare parts (in emergency mode) for Jelcz vehicles, in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use – Description of the subject of the contract, in Appendix No. 1C – Price Form and in the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

For 4 parts entitled Purchase and delivery of spare parts (in emergency mode) for Iveco vehicles in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use – Description of the subject of the contract, in Appendix No. 1D – Price Form and in the model agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
