The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the prosecutor's offices of the Krakow district and maintaining cleanliness of the building's surroundings, i.e. paved area and green areas, as well as additional two-sided washing of glass surfaces 2 times during the term of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services in the buildings of the prosecutor's offices of the Krakow district and maintaining cleanliness of the building's surroundings, i.e. paved area and green areas and additional two-sided washing of glass surfaces 2 times during the term of the contract.

2. A detailed description and scope of the contract has been included in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the contract.

3. Other conditions regarding the execution of the contract are set out in the Speech Template, which constitutes Annex 9 to the SWZ.

4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires that persons performing the subject of the contract, in the scope of providing cleaning services (does not apply to persons performing cleaning of windows/glazing together with frames, frames and external window sills) in buildings at the disposal of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Krakow and subordinate units be employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract (the Contracting Authority does not require full-time employment, ), pursuant to Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, consolidated text) (this obligation does not apply to the situation where these works will be carried out independently

and personally by natural persons conducting business activity in the form of so-called self-employment, as subcontractors). Detailed requirements in this respect are described in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor obliges subcontractors (e.g. by applying appropriate provisions in contracts) to employ the above-mentioned persons under an employment contract and to document and submit documents enabling the subcontractor to be inspected. The contractor shall also be liable for the performance of this obligation towards subcontractors.

5. The Contracting Authority does not require a site visit before submitting a bid, but it recommends and will enable on-site inspection by Contractors intending to apply for a public contract. The vision may be carried out after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party at tel. 12 619 60 09.

6. Entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors does not release the Contractor from liability for proper performance of the contract.

7. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate number of persons and resources to carry out the order undisturbed and duly.
