Lot 2: Providing support in the development of the GIS Platform at strategic, tactical and operational level.
The ICT department needs a partner who can support them in the field of maintenance and development of the provincial GIS applications.
A four-year contract is proposed for the following needs.
- Equipped with new functionalities/components for the existing environments
- Equipped with support
- Provided with documentation
- Provided with the training
The framework agreement is concluded with two contractors. The contractor who is first classified when the contract is awarded receives the majority of the partial contracts of that lot. Only when the first classified contractor does not have suitable profiles available, a partial assignment is assigned to the second classified contractor.
