Zetland Transport Partnership (ZetTrans) invited tenders from suitably qualified and experienced air carriers holding or capable of obtaining a valid operating licence issued by a member state, who wished to be considered for the operation of a public service obligation scheduled air services between the Shetland Mainland and the islands of Fair Isle and Foula.
