The purpose of the contract is to support the existing licenses of the IdentityIQ platform.
Support provides support (1st and 2nd level*) and maintenance for the various software components of SailPoint IdentityIQ. In other words, the FPS Finance wishes to rely exclusively on its relationship with the service provider to ensure the proper functioning and evolution of its IdentityIQ platform (incident resolution, functional evolutions, management of patches / vulnerabilities, ...) without resorting to a direct recourse relationship with Sailpoint. For this, this partner must have the "Certified SailPoint Support Partner" certificate for Level 1 and Level 2.
