1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery of a system for managing a virtual computer lab in the scope specified in the SWZ and the price form constituting Annex 2a to the SWZ.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the minimum technical requirements is included in Annex 2a to the SWZ.
The Contracting entity requires the Contractor to provide information in the price form enabling the Contracting entity to identify the offered subject of the contract: manufacturer, type/model.
2. The subject of the contract shall be described in the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code:

3. Detailed provisions regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the draft contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the Delivery of a system for managing a virtual computer lab in the scope specified in the SWZ and the price form constituting Annex 2a to the SWZ.
2.The subject of the contract shall be:
1)Server graphics cards
2) Expansion of the Ordering Party's disk space for the needs of a virtual computer lab.
3) Desktop virtualization software for the Ordering Party's virtual computer lab enabling simultaneous launch of 50 virtual desktops. Subscription type license with 24x7 manufacturer's support for the period indicated by the Contractor in the offer.
4) Additional requirements:
a) Preparation and presentation for acceptance of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Active Directory implementation documentation in the Ordering Party's environment, installation of graphics cards in the Ordering Party's servers and expansion of the Ordering Party's disk space.
b) Conducting training for the Ordering Party's administrators in the form of a lecture (theoretical part) and exercises (practical part). Training in the form of online. The total minimum number of clock hours to complete the technical scope of the training – 50 hours not including breaks.

4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide information in the price form enabling the Contracting entity to identify the offered subject of the contract: manufacturer, type/model. The contracting authority requires attaching to the offer a list of all software required to run the offered virtual computer lab – Annex 2b to the SWZ.
5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. Delivery together with the development of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Active Directory (AD) implementation project forms one whole. Graphics cards must be compatible with the Ordering Party's servers, and must also be supported by software for virtualization of the computer lab, which will be proposed by the Contractor. In addition, manufacturers of graphics cards and software require additional elements, i.e. a special type of license in the form of a subscription for running in a desktop virtualization environment. Providing all necessary elements, i.e. equipment and appropriate licenses by one contractor, guarantees the proper operation of the virtual computer lab (including ensuring optimal hardware resources and parameters related to performance and smoothness of operation), as well as ensures compliance of all licenses provided with the law. It increases the security of the entire system along with protection against potential cyber attacks on the infrastructure of the virtual computer lab.
6. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to perform key tasks personally.
7.The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. In such a case, the Contracting Authority requests the Contractor to indicate (in the tender) the parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to subcontractors and to provide their names, if they are already known at this stage.
8.The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract, which is the subject of these proceedings, at its own expense to the place indicated by the Contracting Entity.
9.The minimum warranty and technical support period for the entire subject of the contract is a minimum of 36 months.
