The Danish Building and Property Agency wishes to enter into a framework agreement on turnkey consultancy within building and construction. The framework agreement deals with tasks in the office, teaching and research areas. With great diversity in the size of tasks, types of tasks, new and extension, modernization, renovation, maintenance, etc., it is important that the Danish Building and Property Agency has a turnkey consultant, with sub-consultants, who collectively have a broad competence profile and can align their organization according to the individual task, regardless of complexity or size. The framework agreement is divided into three lots. The framework agreement is estimated to have a total value for the 3 lots over a 4-year period of a total of DKK 145 million.

In addition to the Danish Building and Property Agency, other contracting entities will also have the opportunity to draw on the framework agreement. See further in the tender documents
