The aim of the award procedure to be carried out is (the procurement) the replacement of radiator valves in order to be able to carry out the hydraulic balancing and to save additional thermal energy, which otherwise cannot be implemented by the old radiator valves and thermostatic heads, especially in the old buildings.
The basis is the Ordinance on the Security of Energy Supply on Short-Term Effective Measures, the EnSikuMaV, which came into force by the Federal Government on 01.09.2022
The implementation of this measure is carried out within the framework of the Quick-Win Package Sustainability, which is financed by BLB NRW.
The procedure is carried out by the BUW for the BLB.
The implementation of the measure can be carried out only in the non-heating period - in the months of July, August and September.
BUW reserves the right to award the contract if the required clearance work is not awarded in procedure EU23105-6 of the overall measure.
