The tender contest involves all telephony traffic, both landlines and mobile telephone services for the contracting authority's municipalities and their associated companies, as well as continuing procurements of mobile telephones. We do not want an agreement that binds us to the purchase of a specific volume of traffic or number of mobile telephones.
