The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and assembly of PV installations, energy storage and heat pump for a public building to the extent enabling their proper

and use in accordance with the regulations as part of the project: "Increasing the use of energy from renewable sources in public buildings in the Municipality of Rumia and the Municipality of Szemud". The facility covered by the order is located in the Municipality of Rumia. The total number of installations and their location: City Hall in Rumia, Sobieskiego 7, 84-230 Rumia:

a) PV installation / photovoltaic / with a capacity of 50 kW set on the ground.

b) Electricity storage with a capacity of min. 50 kW, capacity 75 kWh.

c) 50 kW heat pump /cascade connection of several pumps/.

The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor shall be specified by:

a) Functional and utility program (PFU) – Annex A to the SWZ,

b) Model agreement – Annex 9 to the SWZ.
