Sør-Fron municipality hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the purchase of 24 hour health and care services.

As the service recipient needs stability in relation to the home and service provider, a long-term contract must be entered, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 30-1 (5).

Consequently, the agreement has no date of completion, but is an ongoing agreement.

The initial agreement period is 1 year but note that the agreement is ongoing.

Sør-Fron municipality shall procure services for a person with a developmental disability.

The service must include:

— housing with 24/7 staffing in a co-living rota. The organisation of the rota shall have focus on few employees,

— the need for care services requires a staffing up to 2:1,

— geographically located in the Lillehammer area and/or Gudbrandsdalen northward to Sør-Fron municipality.

The services shall be started by 1 November 2021
