cleaning and maintenance of the premises occupied by the Gendarmerie des Transports Aériens de Roissy Charles-De-Gaulle and Le Bourget

the services, subject of this contract, concern: the maintenance, the cleaning of the premises occupied by the air transport police and the common areas of the residence Le Chesneau occupied by the families of the gendarmes. These services include cleaning and washing of floors, sanitary facilities, building circulations, windows.

The services concern the cleaning of G.T.A. buildings in Roissy-C.D.G. (95) and Le Bourget (93):

2. -Common areas of Résidence Le Chesneau and building 4765, in Roissy C.D.G. (95)

3. -Offices and common areas of buildings 4764, 3630 and 1261p in Roissy C.D.G. (95)

4. -Offices and common areas of building 406 in Le Bourget (93)

5. Buildings 3630 and 1261p have the particularity of being located airside of Roissy-C.D.G airport, access to these buildings is therefore regulated and controlled

6. The floor space is approximately 5000m²

7. The contract has a duration of 12 months renewable a maximum of 3 times. The lead time for the preparation period is 1 month, not included in the turnaround time
