A 92 Munich - Deggendorf 6-lane expansion from AD Munich-Feldmoching to AK Neufahrn

Project planning for traffic facilities route sections 1 and 3, lph. 5-7 according to § 47 HOAI 2013

The Southern Bavaria Motorway Directorate intends to connect the A 92 Munich-Deggendorf between the AD München - Feldmoching u. to expand the AK Neufahrn over a motorway length of 12.576 km in 6 lanes.

The route should be expanded in the following construction phases (BA):

- BA 1: construction km 0 + 600 to construction km 2 + 200 with the AD Feldmoching (start PLF up to km 0 + 600);

- BA 3: construction km 9 + 800 to construction km 12 + 600 with the AK Neufahrn (from km 12 + 600 to the end of PLF).

As part of the expansion, the existing roadway with a width of 11 m will be expanded to a regular width of 14.50 m, in the first construction phase even to 18.50 m.

In addition, the ramps of the AD Feldmoching u. the conversion of an interwoven strip with a ramp at the AK Neufahrn. The connection points upper and Unterschleissheim are completely rebuilt, redesigned or expanded to a cloverleaf. All sub and Transfer structures in the area of construction work are replaced by new buildings. Between the AD Feldmoching u. the AK Neufahrn are 8 transfer u. 22 new underpass structures. An overpass and 5 underpass structures are unnecessary u. therefore completely canceled. There are approx. 11,800 m of noise protection systems at different heights u. To create variants, of which approx. 6 700 m only wall-wall constructions. The route will be equipped with 35 new gantries, each spanning a lane. Within the framework of this award procedure, the traffic system planning according to HOAI section 4 traffic facility main component of this award. According to the PLF documents, all traffic facilities in the areas of the 1st and 3rd construction phase to edit. These include the new ramps, interlacing strips in AD Feldmoching u. Allocation services for the preliminary measure of the provisional widening of the carriageway from 11 m to 12 m part of the scope of services. The area of widening extends from AD Feldmoching to km 4 + 000 u. from km 5 + 000 to the AK Neufahrn. The planning approval procedure for the 6-lane expansion is currently being carried out. The second architecture of the PLF was submitted in April 2020. The final planning approval decision will be issued in the 1st quarter at the latest. Expected in 2021. The PLF documents are to be checked from a traffic planning perspective u. to optimize. The documents of the second architecture from March 27th, 2020 are the basis for the execution planning. The elaboration u. the level of detail of the PLF must be observed when processing the offer. According to the cost calculation from September 21, 2018, the total construction costs amount to EUR 197.75 million net. The eligible construction costs for these planning services are estimated at approximately EUR 21.72 million. The planning period is 2 years from the conclusion of the contract. Currently, the construction of the entire project is expected to last 8 years, with the start scheduled for 2022. The construction sections 1 u. 3 will be in parallel from 2025 u. Built in 2026.
