With this award procedure, the city of Wittstock/Dosse is re-tendering the catering services for seven day-care centres (consisting of kindergarten and crèche) as Lot 1 and four schools (two primary schools and two secondary schools) as Lot 2 as of 01.11.2023.

It voluntarily submits to public procurement law with regard to the school catering tendered with Lot 2 and puts it out to tender as a service concession together with the daycare catering (Lot 1) in an EU-wide procurement procedure. The opening of legal protection under public procurement law before the Public Procurement Chamber and the Public Procurement Senate is not given for Lot 2.
