The assignment consists of carrying out an uneven ground crossing to the north of Middelbert, with the main connection between Groningen and Meerstad still to be constructed crossing the Middelberterweg in a deepened location.

The construction of part of the route of the area access road (the Main Access) between Groningen and Meerstad, namely at the location of the ramps and the underpass of Middelberterweg. The construction of a work of art in the existing route of the Middelberterweg, consisting of a span, at the location of the underpass of the Main Access.

The contracting authority intends to select a contractor through a restricted procedure and to draw up a contract in an integrated construction team context.
