public contract for a specific service carried out according to an adapted procedure pursuant to articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 3° and following of the Code of Public Orders.

The procurement procedure is covered by the Agreement on Public Procurement (A.M.P.)

The contracting authority shall not act on behalf of other contracting authorities.

The purpose of the contract is to designate a service provider capable of providing the following recreational and cultural services depending on the organisation of communal events:

1/ The production of artists - groups (D.J., dance companies, orchestras, animators, musical groups...).

2/ The provision of technical personnel (sound - light - road) and technical equipment (sound and light kits)

in accordance with articles L. 2125-1, R.2162-1 et seq., as well as R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, the contract will be concluded according to the purchase technique of the framework agreement executed as and when purchase orders are issued and this in the following proportions: Annual maximum: 100,000 Euros (H.T.).

Pursuant to Article L. 2113-11 of the Public Order Code, the contract is not allotted by the Public Buyer
