1. The subject of the contract is the extension of the intersection of Pomorska, Edwarda and Krokusowa streets along with the extension of Pomorska Street on the section from Krokusowa Street to Giewont Street in Łódź.

Scope of the contract: construction of the road surface with drainage, construction of a rain channel, reconstruction of sidewalks, construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes, reconstruction of exits, reconstruction of bus stops, reconstruction of water supply, reconstruction of the gas pipeline, reconstruction of lighting, reconstruction of the power grid, reconstruction of the telecommunications network and planting of greenery, in accordance with the design documentation.

3. The order shall be executed in accordance with the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the subject matter of the contract and under the terms set out in Annex 2 — Designed provisions of the contract.
