PURCHASE, DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OF LABORATORY AND OFFICE FURNITURE. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
Delivery of brand new laboratory and office furniture, free from material defects, along with bringing and assembly in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. Laboratory and office furniture should be designed and manufactured by a manufacturer certified as an integrated management system: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-N-18001:2004 (regarding quality assurance in the design, production, delivery and servicing of furniture, ensuring environmental management and occupational health and safety). A valid certificate issued by an independent accredited institution authorized for this type of certification must be attached to the offer. Laboratory and office furniture must have a Hygienic Certificate. The certificate issued by an independent research body authorized to this type of research should be attached to the offer. Installation of the equipment is to consist in unpacking, placing in the place indicated by the Ordering Party and leveling individual elements of equipment being the subject of the contract and connecting them to the plumbing, exhaust and electrical installations. Transport, unloading and assembly of the offered furniture must be carried out by an authorized representative, manufacturer. The offer should be accompanied by a document confirming that employees assembling furniture and devices have appropriate authorizations, e.g. type E and D qualifications in the field of devices, installations and power grids up to 1 kV.Laboratory and office furniture must have a modular structure to facilitate the configuration of the room and potential subsequent changes. Devices supplying media to workstations (installation attachments) must be equipped with the main switch of the device with a tell-tale indicating that the device is energized, overcurrent protection (switch) and electrical sockets with IP44 protection. The electrical installation must meet the requirements of PN-EN 61010-1 or equivalent "Safety requirements for electrical measuring, control and laboratory equipment" (required by PN-EN 13150, point 6.5). The tests must be carried out by independent accredited laboratories, and a certificate issued by an accredited certification body in this respect should be attached to the offer. The test protocol for compliance with PN-EN 61010-1 should be attached to the offer. The offer should be accompanied by the CE Declaration of Conformity for all elements/devices of the offered laboratory equipment powered by electricity. All metal elements of laboratory and office equipment are non-flammable and resistant to corrosion and damage of the paint coating. The resistance of furniture to corrosion and damage to the varnish coating must be confirmed by a document from the corrosion resistance test of black structural steel sheets, protected with epoxy powder paint – according to PN-EN ISO 9227: 2012 or equivalent, where the RP and RA indicators of the appearance of all tested samples, in accordance with PN-EN ISO 10289: 2002 or equivalent, are to be not less than 10, and crack indicators, exfoliation, rusting and blistering, according to PN-EN ISO 4628:2005 or equivalent, are to be no more than 0 – a test document with the above-mentioned standards issued by an accredited laboratory should be attached to the offer. Metal elements coated with epoxy powder paint for fire safety reasons must be classified at least as almost non-flammable - class A2 according to EN 13501-1+A1:2010 or equivalent, this should be confirmed by an appropriate document attached to the offer in the field of reaction to fire, prepared in accordance with the above-mentioned standard by an accredited laboratory. Further description of the subject of the contract in Annex 2 to the SWZ
