The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to carry out Technical Construction Control (CTC) and Safety and Health Protection Coordination (CSPS) missions on the entire real estate stock (owner or tenant) of the Banque de France in metropolitan France.
For each of the lots, a purchase order will be placed for all operations for which the estimated cost of the work is less than €10,000,000.00 excluding tax and for which the project owner has the obligation or the wish to use the Technical Construction Control (CTC) and Safety and Health Protection Coordination (CSPS) missions.

These are operations that fall under neither category 1 nor category 2, i.e. sites with less than 500 man-days.
