Assistance missions to project management for the realization of opportunity studies and programming of operations in complex markets, for the departments of Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines.

The overall objective of the tasks of this batch is to provide the contracting authority with clear and structured decision support in the context of its development projects, including the economic aspect.

The purpose of the missions is to verify the possibility of fulfilling the preliminary request made by the contracting authority. This prize will be awarded to a single holder and will be executed through purchase orders and subsequent contracts.

Programming missions for new construction projects, reconstruction or rehabilitation of buildings of the department of Hauts-de-Seine and Yvelines, in complex markets (global performance market, energy performance contract, design realization, other specific procedures or projects (excluding MOP).

This lot will be awarded to three or four economic operators (at least 3 and maximum 4) and executed through subsequent contracts.
