Stange Municipality would like to establish new infrastructure for the development of the new urban development Åkersvika Hageby by Åkersvika near Mjøsa. The project covers both clearance and new water and sewage installations, the establishment of new roads and footpaths, as well as the re-establishment of existing roads and paths, routes for district heating and waste suction, and opening up Tunbekken.

The estimated value of the project is set between NOK 120 million - NOK 130 million.
