Planning for the demolition and replacement of the Rennmühlbrücke in Nuremberg in the service profiles structural engineering, object planning engineering structures and object planning traffic facilities.

For the demolition and replacement construction of the Rennmühlbrücke, basic services and special services according to HOAI in the area of object planning (engineering structures, in accordance with HOAI 2013, part 3, section 3, sections 41-44; traffic facilities, in accordance with HOAI 2013, part 3, section 4, §§ 45-48), as well as specialist planning (structural engineering, in accordance with HOAI 2013, Part 4, Section 1, §§ 49-52).

In the area of object planning, engineering structures, services from service phases 1-4 & 6-9 are awarded.

The services are ordered in stages:

- Level 1: Service phases 1-4,

- Level 2: Service phases 6-9.

Services for service phases 1-4 & 6-9 are awarded in the area of object planning for traffic facilities. Here, too, the services are gradually commissioned as follows:

- Level 1: Service phases 1-4,

- Level 2: Service phases 6-9.

In the area of structural engineering, services for work phases 2-3 & 6 are awarded. Here, too, the services are gradually commissioned as follows:

- Level 1: work phases 2-3,

- Level 2: Service phases 6.

The services are awarded according to the negotiated procedure.

Further details on the individual order levels can be found in the attached sample contract and there in particular in the annex "service description".

The client will initially only assign level 1 to the award of the contract. The other stages can be ordered optionally. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of optional services.
