AZ Sint-Lucas vzw wishes to purchase and implement a new planning system for its staff and other employees. The focus is mainly on the planning part where both a schedule can be used, drawn up by a planner of the respective department, or a system of self-scheduling where the employee himself is responsible for completing the planning within the occupancy requirements of the service on which the employee is employed. The system must be structured in such a way that all relevant Belgian social legislation is monitored and implemented within the application. The tenderer also maintains and adapts the package to new or changes to existing legislation.
Important here are also the integration with on the one hand the employee management system of AZ Sint-Lucas (own development), in which all employees including staff, doctors, physician assistants, interns, volunteers and externals including interims are included and on the other hand an integration with the social secretariat for payroll processing (Liantis).
AZ Sint-Lucas currently has 1600 employees who are planned by about 160 planners.
