Sewerage and road works, civil engineering works for supply lines, broadband supply

The tender covers the development of the Upper Brühl and includes u. a . the execution of the wastewater disposal in the separation system and the traffic development of the construction area, as well as the connection to the existing infrastructure. Civil engineering works for the necessary utilities (electricity, water, heat, broadband) are also included.

At present, the dismantling of the existing buildings, as well as the remediation of the contaminated sites of the subsoil in the area of the old traffic areas are already underway. Some of this work is still under way and in parallel with the development work included in this invitation to tender.
