The subject of the contract is the performance of a maximum of:
1) 32 audits of projects implemented under the OP WER and FERS, which may be commissioned to be carried out in the following manner:
a) scheduled on the spot,
b) scheduled from behind a desk,
c) ad hoc on the spot,
d) ad hoc from behind a desk.
2) 9 inspections of OP WER and FERS technical assistance projects that may be outsourced under the following procedures:
a) scheduled on the spot,
b) scheduled from behind a desk,
c) ad hoc on the spot,
d) ad hoc from behind a desk.
3) 30 monitoring visits as part of projects implemented under the OP WER and FERS, which may be commissioned to be carried out in the following mode:
a) scheduled on the spot,
b) scheduled from behind a desk,
c) ad hoc on the spot,
d) ad hoc from behind a desk.
A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in points 7 and 8 of Article 214 (1) of the Act.
The Contracting Authority stipulates that he may first examine and evaluate tenders and then make the Contractor's subject qualification.
