1. The subject of the contract is the Management and supervision over the implementation of the investment "Extension of the voivodeship road No. 744 on the section Tychów Stary – Starachowice."

2. The service includes:

management and coordination of construction implementation;

verification of project documentation;

fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperating in this regard with the services of the World Health Organization and the Managing Authority of the European Regional Development Fund;

providing investor's supervision services over the Contract.

3. The detailed scope of the contract, the method of its execution and the method of payment are contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), also known as the Detailed Technical Specification (SST), constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference.

1. The subject of the contract is the Management and supervision over the implementation of the investment "Extension of the voivodeship road No. 744 on the section Tychów Stary – Starachowice."

2. The contract includes the provision of services related to the investor's supervision over the performance of the contract concluded as a result of a separate procedure for construction works – hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract" or "Task" entitled: Extension of the voivodeship road No. 744 on the section Tychów Stary – Starachowice implemented on the basis of the construction and detailed design entitled: Extension of the voivodeship road No. 744 on the section Tychów Stary - Starachowice together with the construction of the bypass of the city of Starachowice. Starachowice - stage I - Extension of the voivodeship road No. 744 on the section Tychów Stary - Starachowice.

3. The service includes:

management and coordination of construction implementation;

verification of project documentation;

fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperating in this regard with the services of the World Health Organization and the Managing Authority of the European Regional Development Fund;

providing investor's supervision services over the Contract.

The Service Contractor must ensure that supervision under the Contract is exercised in accordance with Polish law, in particular the Construction Law and the Public Procurement Law.

It is required that the Contract be performed by a team that meets the conditions contained in the construction law, in particular the regulations on independent technical functions in the construction industry.

4. Requirements for Contract Engineer:

The Contract Engineer will be the representative of the Contracting Authority and will act within the scope of duties specified in the Terms of Reference, the Detailed Technical Specification and the current provisions of the Construction Law, the Civil Code, the Public Procurement Law, legal acts regulating the disbursement of EU Funds and applicable technical standards. Within the scope of management and supervision to be provided under this Contract, the Contract Engineer is to ensure the smooth implementation of the Contract, not exceeding the project budget, timely acceptance of works along with obtaining an occupancy permit and proper future functioning and service of works by the Contracting Authority. The services to be provided under this agreement are management, supervision and verification of project documentation and control of the Contract in accordance with the Contract Conditions. These tasks also include administration and coordination of all activities related to the Project, starting from the stage of commencement of construction, through the stage of carrying out works, to the warranty period and settlement of the Contract, including supervision over the works, in accordance with the Terms of Reference and the applicable Polish construction law.
