The subject of the contract is: collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste by emptying and ongoing maintenance of street bins in the city of Opole, for 24 months from the date of signing the contract, in order to ensure cleanliness in the urban space.

The subject of the contract is: collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste by emptying and ongoing maintenance of street bins in the city of Opole, for 24 months from the date of signing the contract, in order to ensure cleanliness in the urban space.

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to empty and maintain street bins in the city of Opole on an ongoing basis for 24 months from the date of signing the contract, through the provision of services, i.e.:

1) Emptying street bins owned by the Ordering Party along with cleaning the surface within a radius of 3 m from their location (mixed waste),

2) Emptying street bins owned by the Ordering Party along with cleaning the surface within a radius of 3 m from its location (segregated waste),

3) Emptying baskets for animal excrement constituting the property of the Ordering Party along with cleaning the surface within a radius of 3 m from the place of their location,

4) Washing, washing graffiti, peeling off stickers and other solid dirt, disinfection, repair, maintenance of street baskets and baskets for animal excrement owned by the Ordering Party along with cleaning the surface within a radius of 3 m from their location,

5) Replenishment of refills of street baskets owned by the Ordering Party,

6) Transfer of street baskets owned by the Ordering Party

7) Assembly, disassembly of baskets owned by the Ordering Party

8) Providing and emptying 120l, 240l and 1100l containers owned by the Contractor,

9) Performing intervention work consisting in emptying street bins and baskets for animal excrement outside the established schedule, emptying dates within the time specified as the time of completion of the intervention order.
