Delivery of 1,889,805 tubes of toothpaste and 1,786,315 tubes of shaving cream.

Toothpaste should have the following characteristics:

1. Net weight of toothpaste tube – 60 g;

2. Shelf life – minimum 8 months from the date of delivery to the recipient (from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol);

3. The paste shall meet the requirements of the cosmetic product referred to in:

• the Act of 4 October 2018 on cosmetic products (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2227);

• Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products;

4. The product should have a cosmetic product safety report;

5. Requirements;

(a) must not cause irritation or damage to oral tissues;

(b) be a homogeneous mass, not separating and free of lumps, capable of being squeezed out of the tube with little pressure from the fingers;

(c) have a pleasant and delicate taste, a non-irritating smell characteristic of the fragrance composition used;

d) have good teeth cleaning properties.

6. Dermatologically tested;

7. Pastes should be packed in cardboard boxes – 100 tubes each.

Shaving cream should have the following characteristics:

1. Net weight of a shaving cream tube – 40 g;

2. Shelf life – minimum 8 months from the date of delivery to the recipient (from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol);

3. The cream shall meet the requirements of the cosmetic product referred to in:

• the Act of 4 October 2018 on cosmetic products (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2227);

• Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products;

4. The product should have a cosmetic product safety report;

5. Requirements:

(a) the cream must produce a rich and dense foam with moisturizing, protective and facial hair softening properties;

(b) must not irritate the skin;

(c) be a homogeneous mass, not separable and free of lumps, capable of being squeezed out of the tube with little pressure from the fingers;

(d) have a pleasant and delicate taste, a non-irritating smell characteristic of the fragrance composition used.
