The market is made up of fixed maintenance services:

- cleaning and descaling of columns for the evacuation of wastewater, valves and rainwater from the lowest point to the highest point of buildings and external networks,

- maintenance of the related technical installations (lifting station),

- pumping and cleaning of works and equipment (grease traps, oil trays), and

- curative services supervised by a DQE equivalent to BPU.

Form of market: ordinary. Award of a single market. Contract concluded for an initial period of 12 months. The duration of the initial benefit period is 12 months.
