1. The subject of the contract is the Granting of a long-term loan to the City and Municipality of Skępe and its service. 2. A detailed description and method of order execution is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the service of granting the City and Municipality of Skępe and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 1,319,231.00 (one million three hundred nineteen thousand two hundred thirty one 00/100 zlotys) intended to finance the planned budget deficit with allocation for property expenses. 2. The loan shall be granted in one tranche in full. 3. Interest on the loan will be repaid on a monthly basis, on the last day of each month, starting from the month in which the loan will be launched, on the basis of written information provided by the bank no later than 3 business days before the interest repayment date. Where the repayment date falls on a non-working day, the last working day before the payment date shall be used. 4. Interest rate on the loan based on the base rate WIBOR 1M (with a margin for the contractor). The bank's margin is binding throughout the loan period. For the calculation of interest on the loan, it should be assumed that the year is 365 days and 366 days in the case of leap years. For offer purposes, in order to calculate interest, the WIBOR 1M rate in force as at 15.06.2023 should be used. 5. Deadline for making funds available: no later than within 3 business days from the date of submission of a written application, with the approximate deadline for submitting a written application set for 15/07/2023, 6.
