The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to procure new slow-charging electric standard and articulated buses for public transport
the Services are intended for the Beneficiaries of the CATP, in their capacity as contracting entity as defined in Article L. 1212-3, 4° of the CCP, in respect of their activity as network operators intended to provide a service to the public in the field of passenger transport.
The Framework Agreement was entered into by the CATP as part of its centralized purchasing activity as provided for in Article L. 2113-2 1° of the CCP.
It was passed according to the procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-23 of the CCP
