The subject of the contract is: Collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Pyrzyce Commune and their management.

The scope of this contract includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the Pyrzyce Commune, where residents live in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels are achieved

recycling, preparing for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Regional Assembly No. XX/240/20 of 22 October 2020 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2026. 5. Waste collection will be carried out as follows:

1) In single-family and homestead housing:

In single-family housing, there will be a mixed container and bag system for the collection of municipal waste.

a) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste ( 20 03 01).

Non-segregated municipal waste will be collected from containers with capacities specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pyrzyce commune.

Frequency of collection and disposal of mixed municipal waste by the Contractor:

- urban area - once every two weeks, in accordance with the schedule set by the Ordering Party and the Contractor

- rural area - once every two weeks, in accordance with the schedule set by the Ordering Party and the Contractor.

b) Separately collected municipal waste ( 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39,20 01 40,) based on bags:

- blue colour – paper, cardboard, magazines, etc.,

- green colour – white and coloured glass,

- yellow – plastics, multi-material packaging such as tetra pak, metal,

- brown – biodegradable waste, including green,

will be received by the Contractor with the following frequency:

- urban area – once every two weeks,

- rural area – once every two weeks,

c) Collection of biodegradable waste ( 20 02 01), including green waste (in bags), will take place on the dates specified by the municipal waste collector, according to the agreed schedule, from the property, not less frequently than:

- in the city in single-family housing – once a week, in the period April-November and once every two weeks in the period December - March,

- in rural areas – once every two weeks, in the period April – November and once a month, in the period December – March.

d) Bulky waste (20 03 07) will be collected by the Contractor with the following frequency:

- urban area – four times a year – in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Ordering Party,

- rural area – four times a year – according to the schedule agreed with the Ordering Party

- collection of bulky waste only placed in front of the property.

- at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point - on the dates of waste collection and in accordance with the established limits contained in Resolution No. XLVII/364/22 of the City Council in Pyrzyce of 31 March 2022 amending Resolution No. XXIII/170/20 of the City Council in Pyrzyce of 28 May 2020 on the determination of the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste.

2) In multi-family housing:

(a) Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste ( 20 03 01)

Non-segregated municipal waste will be collected from containers placed in designated places.

- Frequency of collection and disposal by the Contractor:

-- urban area – twice a week,

– rural area – in accordance with the schedule agreed between the Administrator and the Contractor, no more than twice a week.

(b) Separately collected municipal waste: 'Separately collected municipal waste (15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 39, 20 01 40) from containers:

a) blue colour – paper, cardboard, magazines, etc.,

b) green colour – white and coloured glass,

c) yellow – plastics, multi-material packaging such as tetra paks, metal,

d) brown colour – biodegradable waste,

- Frequency of pick-up from urban and rural areas - once every two weeks, multi-family housing - once a week.

(c) Bulky waste ( 20 03 07)

- urban area – four times a year – in accordance with the schedule agreed with the Ordering Party,

- rural area – four times a year – according to the schedule agreed with the Ordering Party,

- Bulky waste is collected from designated areas.
