Lecos GmbH and its customer Stadt Leipzig have several accessions to the conditions agreement of the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the BMI, with Microsoft. For the existing contracts, the RV is to be procured.
For the following contracts, the trading partner is put out to tender, through whom all license purchases of these contracts are processed for the term of the contracts:

The new trading partner is to take over the execution of these existing contracts from the time of the completed change of trading partner after announcement of the award.
In doing so, the new trading partner also supports the procedure specified in the contracts for changing trading partners.
The Enterprise Agreement with contract number 72E6766 | 57352415 has a term until 30.09.2023. The contract remains with the existing trading partner until expiration. The follow-up contract is to be integrated into the existing contracts with the trading partner advertised here and consolidated with them.
The tender period shall be the duration of the contract. The Enterprise Agreements have a fixed term until 31.05.2026, for which the trading partner is determined. For the Select Plus contracts and any successors, the trading partner contract is defined analogously to the term of the trading partner contracts of the Enterprise Agreements.
The client reserves the right to use the extension option of the Enterprise Agreements by one year. A claim of the trading partner for the execution of this extension does not exist, but can be agreed with mutual agreement of both parties under constant conditions. In this case, the Select Plus contracts and any successors also remain with the trading partner with the same conditions.
The customer reserves the right to maintain the contractual relationship with the contractor for another three months after the end of the Microsoft contracts and to sign the future Microsoft contracts with him. A right of the contractor to further processing the contracts over the three months is not granted.
