The North Karelia Procurement Department requests to submit a tender for waste containers and their delivery service to Puhas Oy for the contract period 01.06.2023 - 31.05.2025.
If the customer terminates the contract no later than six (6) months before the end of the contract period, the contract will end on 31.05.2025. If the contract is not terminated at the end of the contract period, the contract will continue until further notice with six (6) months' notice.
The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.
Products must fulfil the provisions adopted by the European Union's directly-obliging acts, Finnish laws and regulations, as well as by the authorities, including structure, equipment, occupational and fire safety and electrical safety.
