the purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services for setting up an electronic offer of initialling, signing and counter-library within the National Research Agency (Anr). It is concluded at unit prices and is executed as purchase orders are issued, on the basis of the prices fixed in the licensee's financial proposal. The Framework Agreement is concluded without commitment on the minimum amount and with a commitment on the maximum amount fixed at 700,000 euro (s) (excluding tax). It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable 3 times
