Lot 2 - Notebooks, tablets, monitors.

The city of Plauen plans to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of product-specific hardware and software as well as accessories from Fujitsu for the device classes notebook, tablet and monitors as well as their accessories, retrofit and service. Deliveries within the framework agreement are made by individual or collective release. Installation, assembly and configuration are usually carried out on their own by the city of Plauen or via separate service calls or orders, which may also include other IT services.

If individual products or series are “discontinued” within the term of the contract, the respective successor products shall take the place of the discontinued products or series. The same applies to the introduction of new products or series necessary for the performance of the tasks of the city of Plauen.

For investment protection reasons, existing systems need to be able to be expanded as part of their support period. All components to be delivered, software and driver versions, as well as the necessary adjustments must be fully compatible with the already installed base.
