North Sea Port wishes to conclude an open framework agreement for the operational leasing of a wide range of vehicles with various durations and kilometers, including extensive accompanying services. The services include making cars available, supporting the driver and fleet manager in the choice and management of the car, maintenance and repair of the car, tire management and insurance of the car.

The contract is awarded to a maximum of three multi-brand lease companies per lot.
