Trade 111: Glass façades wood-aluminium

The construction project involves the conversion of an existing former school building, which will be extended in the north by a large head building and in the south by a smaller extension.

All parts of the building will have 4 storeys and no basement.

The existing building is about 52 x 10.5m in size, the northern extension has a floor area of about 425 m2, the southern extension of about 150 m2.

Trade 111 includes the construction of the wood-aluminium façades of both new buildings as mullion and transom facades as well as the exterior doors. The façades are located in the corridor and stairwell areas of the two new buildings and extend over all four floors as well as in the corridor and foyer areas adjacent to the stairwells on the ground floor.

- Installation of facades from 18 week 2024,

- Glazing of old building/south 22nd week 2024,

- Glazing North 28th week 2024,

- Completion ready for acceptance 12th week 2025
