The service consists in carrying out the maintenance, application and material maintenance of the main supervisory system as well as the emergency system, known as “resilient mode”, sampling equipment and radiation protection measures of the facilities of the Saclay site (91) for a period of three firm years and two years in options (1+1). This contract notice covers the applications and tenders phases in an open tender procedure.

The services include:

— the period of ownership of the market,

— preventive and adaptive maintenance,

— 20 annual interventions in corrective maintenance (including labor and travel, use of spare parts from the CEA stock),

— power outage assistance,

— management of inventory inputs/outputs and requests for replenishment of spare parts from the ECA,

— management, planning of interventions, meetings and documentary production,

— the updating of the CMMS,

— specific services on prior quotation.
