1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of B0 type diesel oil to tanks at the disposal of the Ordering Party, located at: - the seat of the Kłobuck Forest District, Zakrzewska 85, 42-100 Kłobuck - the seat of the Seed and Nursery Farm, Nowy Folwark 8, 42-122 Ostrowy, in an amount not greater than specified in Chapter 3. SWZ in point 2.

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of B0 diesel oil to tanks at the disposal of the Ordering Party, located at: - the headquarters of the Kłobuck Forest District, Zakrzewska 85, 42-100 Kłobuck - the seat of the Seed and Nursery Farm, Nowy Folwark 8, 42-122 Ostrowy. Fuel to the place indicated by the Ordering Party should be delivered within 24 hours from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party in writing, by fax, e-mail or telephone. The Ordering Party shall not be obliged to pay the Contractor or any other carrier remuneration for the carriage of fuel. The Ordering Party will confirm to the Contractor the release of fuel on the WZ form, which must contain information on the date and time of refueling, the amount and place of fuel issued.
