The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the section of the S74 expressway Sulejów – Przełom/Mniów, section border of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship – Przełom/Mniów. The investment is located in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in the Konecki and Kielce poviats. As part of the investment in question, it is planned to build a dual carriageway expressway on the section of the border of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship - Przełom/Mniów, with a length of about 27.5 km.

Ultimately, the investment in question is aimed at adapting the existing national road No. 74 to the parameters of a dual carriageway. The route of the designed variant runs in flat terrain only on the final section (from km 20+000 to 24+500) on undulating terrain. The implementation of the above-mentioned section of the S74 road will enable transit traffic to be routed bypassing the dense buildings located along the existing road. The construction of the bypass of Smyków, road junctions, engineering structures, including road viaducts, bridges, animal crossings, additional roadways to serve adjacent areas will improve traffic conditions and increase the level of road safety.
