NCS Trust is implementing a new service delivery model across nine regions via a combination of direct and indirect contracting models, running a number of procurements to replace the current supplier contracts. This procurement is awarding contracts to 2 regional recruitment partners to provide field sales services in London and North East England.
Responsibilities include:
— plan, manage and deliver the overall recruitment strategy,
— establish and build strong relationships with schools, college and non-school channels,
— field sales (recruitment) and sign-up of young people to the programme.

A recruitment partner for the London region, responsible for the following local authorities: Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston Upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond Upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster.
